Seed and Sod

Interested in having a new lawn? Want to improve your existing one? A lush new lawn is our goal, whether you decide to seed or sod. While seeding may provide a more economical alternative, there is no equal for the instant beauty of sod. For a truly stress and worry free lawn, ask about sod, it may be less expensive than you think. There are a few factors to consider when deciding on a method. The time of year may limit when seeding can be done. A seeded lawn will be more successful if done in the fall. If sod is your chosen lawn method, they can be established almost any time of the year. If the job is to renovate an established lawn, over-seeding may accomplish what you need. When attempting to establish turf on an incline, sod may be the best choice. Sod is less likely to be washed away and will be more likely to prevent erosion. Seeding, more often then not, is going to be the less expensive of the two. Although sod is more expensive, it offers many benefits that seed simply can‘t. Let a Topeka Landscape expert assist you in your decision.
